A Little About Me
I am creative, patient, passionate, and with a true sense of self. I have 30+ years of experience in talent development with expertise in adult learning, human factors, instructional design, knowledge management, leadership development, talent management, and training delivery.
I hold a doctorate in Management from Walden University. My learning goals focus on active engagement with learners to understand their learning style, attitude, and approach and facilitate the design of courses that allow learners to take an active role during the learning process.
I currently serve as a Systems Training Lead, specializing in designing and delivering comprehensive training solutions for enterprise systems. In my current contract position with NEOS Consulting, I support the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in implementing TxDOTCONNECT systems training. My role focuses on developing engaging learning experiences, coordinating instructor-led and virtual training sessions, and ensuring that TxDOT personnel have the necessary knowledge and skills to use the system effectively. I am also involved with UKG Dimensions software solution implementation projects for various healthcare organizations, helping to ensure that all client deliverables are met.
I have lived in various countries (the United States, South Africa, and Nigeria), and my life experiences have taught me to be adaptable and open-minded.
